The auction end times are updated each time the auctions table is loaded when a game or system is clicked, or when the auctions table is automatically refreshed by Game Scootch™. System auctions are updated every 5-10 minutes and game auctions are updated every 20-30 minutes from eBay, and a certain percentage of the auctions with the least amount of time remaining or the highest bid counts are updated every minute. The update frequency will increase in future updates of the Game Scootch™ site.

Unfortunately, auction creators sometimes categorize their merchandise incorrectly, make spelling errors, etc. Also our game matching procedure is still being tuned. As a result it is difficult to sort perfectly. We do our best to assign the auctions to the appropriate system or game based on the information in the auction. This will improve as the Game Scootch™ site matures.

For counting down until the next time the data is reloaded. There is no need to hit the refresh button in your browser, the site will refresh itself automatically for you.
